The fit for life diet is an extremely effective tool that allows individuals to correct immune deficiencies, reengage the lymph system, promote healthy cell function, and allow healthy weight loss. Some of these areas are believed by many experts to be the underlying cause of fibromyalgia.

For those of you that have explored the possibility of a hypoglycemic diet, and have come to the conclusion that you're not affected by this condition, then the fit for life diet is in my opinion one of the most successfull diets and least restrictive programs I've ever encountered. In fact, I'm hesitant on even calling this a diet.

It's actually a road map to understanding your body’s natural elimination cycle which includes a proper food combining approach. That's it! No counting points, no pre determined measurements or daily calorie intake, and best of all; no feeling bloated after every meal.

In theory, by following these principles you allow your body to use most of its energy to eliminate waste and fight sickness and disease. This in turn, has also helped many people alleviate symptoms related to fibromyalgia such as chronic fatigue, sore muscles and stiff joints.

The fit for life book and it's simple message was brought to the attention of millions around the world in the 1980's by two individuals by the name of Harvey and Marilyn Diamond.

They've written and co-authored a few great books on this subject such as Fit for Life and Fit for Life- "A New Beginning". The "Fit for Life" book is an introduction to the natural hygiene principals and the importance of a food combining diet, while "A New Beginning" focuses on a very powerful and misunderstood area called mono-dieting.

Both of these areas are crucial in obtaining a healthy functioning immune and lymph system.


The Message



Their work highlights one crucial point; eat in unison with your body’s natural cycle and you'll be richly rewarded. The greatest thing about this program is that you can start slow.

Even though Mr. Diamond doesn't particularly like animal or dairy products, he just asks to eat them in the right combinations and not to make them the focal point of your meal.

It didn't take me long to start enjoying the fit for life diet program because I still get to eat steak, pasta and bread. The main thing that separates this from other diet programs is that you're not limited to how much you can eat throughout the day. This is truly a game changer!

Mr. Diamond’s knowledge is derived by years of research and analysis. His simple ideas and analogies make it easy to understand for even the most challenged readers like me.

He also puts his money where his mouth is, and shares his own personal journey being exposed to Agent Orange during the Vietnam War. By maintaining an active lifestyle and keeping his lymph and digestive systems performing at maximum levels, he's been able to live a healthy and productive life while others like him suffered the devastating side effects caused by one of the most deadly toxins known to man.

These books are very cheap and well worth the read. The feedback from other readers speaks for itself. I strongly urge anyone to read them.

One thing to keep in mind. There may be areas in the books that you may not agree with, or they may seem insignificant to your circumstances, but there are some very interesting chapters that really make them a must read if you really want to live a more healthy and pain free life.
